milk 75 Holsteins, focusing on genetics and herd health to raise cows that are both
productive and well cared for. Their approach emphasizes cow comfort and careful
management, ensuring the herd thrives year after year.

Farming runs deep in the Wille family. Jeff’s grandfather grew up just down the road,
and today their son Collin has joined the operation full-time. He works alongside his
parents with his fiancée, Marie, who also grew up on a farm and shares their passion
for dairy. Together, they are carrying the tradition forward and preparing the next
generation to lead.

The Willes’ farm reflects a balance of tradition and innovation—built on experience,
care, and family dedication. And as proud partners of Burnett Dairy Cooperative, their
wholesome milk becomes award-winning cheese enjoyed by families near and far.
